That is why we provide professional warranty and post-warranty services, repairs and refurbishing of all technologies as well as operator training.

Warranty service is a matter of course for us. During the repair period we can also lend a replacement so that there is no outage in your production.

Even after the warranty expires, we are able to ensure a quality repair of your magnetic device. We are getting products that are decades old.
SERVICE OF OTHER MANUFACTURERS
We often encounter a lack of service from resellers and manufacturers of other brands, and so we also offer service for these products.
REFURBISHING OF LIFTING MAGNETS
We will turn an old, inoperative and unsuitable magnet into a functional magnet that looks like new. You do not need to invest in buying a new one.
INSPECTION AND CERTIFICATION OF LIFTING MAGNETS
We carry out regular mandatory inspections of lifting magnets and their subsequent certification.

Our trained service technicians will come to your facility and install a new magnetic device.
Inspection and certification of lifting magnets
Lifting magnets must meet the specified safety requirements. It is therefore necessary to carry out inspections and tests of the load-bearing capacity of these magnets at regular intervals.
Inspection of the permanent lifting magnets consists in checking the overall condition of the magnet, the condition of the securing elements against spontaneous tripping, proper marking of the magnets (labels) and also the tear-off force according to the ČSN EN 13 155 standard, which must correspond to three times the load capacity at least.
For performing inspections, we are equipped with a service vehicle and a mobile test bench, which we will bring directly to your premises. You can thus avoid downtime and unnecessary costs for transportation to the service centre. After performing all tests with a positive result, we will issue you a certificate declaring that all conditions for safe operation have been met.
